WOWZA!! I've been pretty MIA this spring, sorry about that! It's been a busy time of year and now I remember why last year I started so many TpT products that didn't get finished. Plus, I started a new side business adventure called Jamberry! You may have seen or heard about it, but I became an independent consultant and have been spending a lot of time learning about the business and getting started. If you'd like to support me, you can go like my Facebook page or visit my website to order/explore here. I am looking for people who are interested in booking parties for the month of May. If you'd like to host a Facebook party, I do all the work and you receive all the amazing rewards! It's that simple, PLUS if you say you heard of my business from my blog, I will give you an additional prize for booking a party! I'd be happy to share more with you if you are interested too! Just let me know! :)
At school, things have been krazy like every end of the school year! We went on a field trip to the local Hildebrand Dairy Farm to finish off our unit about farms and mammals. The kids had so much fun, but you could definitely tell that many of them had never been to a farm before. They were very surprised by the odd smells! Haha! I grew up on a pig farm and my uncles have dairy farms, so I was familiar with it all and didn't think to warn them. I'm so glad they got to experience it though.
At the end of the tour, we got to sample their milk which is sold in some yummy different flavors such as chocolate, strawberry, and root beer! We also got to enjoy some of their ice cream and it was delicious!!
Now, we are learning about all kinds of fish and animals in the water! I'm so excited because we didn't make it this far in our units last year, so this is all new to me. Plus I decided to get a class fish so we could actually refer to and see the real thing! I'm not sure who was more excited, the kids or me?! I've never had a fish, so I'm pretty pumped! :)
Meet our fish, Sparky!
Have a fabulous week!
